Computer Lab Days

We will be going to the ATC computer lab about once a week to work on several computerized projects. You will need to establish a computer account in the ATC. You can do this on the first lab day or you can register ahead of time by going to http://www.deanza.edu/buscs/ and pressing the “Create your Bus/CS Computer Lab Account” and then filling out the requested information.

This account is free and part of this course. You are not to use the account for personal use or other classes. If you abuse this privilege, your account may be disabled. There is a limit to the number of pages you are able to print.

LAB DAY 1 will be Friday 10/14/11. We will meet in the L-74 classroom and move to ATC 205. There will be two files on the Catalyst website for the project. One file is the instruction file (in pdf format): click “Link to Lab Day 1 Instructions”. The other file is a specialized data file for the computer software we will use: click “LAB DAY 1 Integrated Accounting Data File”. Read the instruction file to learn how to open the data file.
